Mission

Radix Innovation Capital: Investing in the Disruptive Innovative & Founders of Tomorrow.

At Radix Innovation Capital, we see the future of innovation reflected in the faces of underrepresented founders. We're a mission-driven early-stage VC firm that fuels groundbreaking ideas by investing in Women, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) founders, minorities, individuals with disabilities (PWD), and graduates of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) at the pre-seed and seed stages.

Why Underrepresented Founders?

The answer is simple: diversity breeds ingenuity. Studies show that venture-backed companies led by underrepresented founders generate 2.3x higher returns for investors (https://hbswk.hbs.edu/item/diversity-boosts-profits-in-venture-capital-firms). They bring fresh perspectives, solve problems from unique angles, and tap into underserved markets with immense potential. By investing in them, we unlock a wealth of untapped innovation.

Beyond Investment, Building an Ecosystem:

We don't just write checks. We become partners. Our experienced team provides strategic guidance, operational support, and access to a valuable network of industry leaders and potential investors. This collaborative approach empowers founders to overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.

Investing in Tomorrow, Today:

We focus on high-growth sectors like FinTech, AI, PropTech, Future of Work, SaaS, and Blockchain, where innovation thrives. Our inaugural fund (Fund I) targets 40-45 pre-seed and seed-stage investments, typically ranging from $25k to $65k per startup.

Our Vision Extends Beyond:

We believe in cultivating a diverse and knowledgeable investment ecosystem. That's why we're building a pipeline for the future. We train the next generation of angel investors, equipping them with the skills to identify and support promising ventures led by underrepresented founders. As we grow, we plan to expand our reach further, offering programs to train the next generation of founders, starting at the high school level.
